Hot Stone massage is adding heat to massage by massaging the body with heated stones. Hand-crafted heated stones work to soothe, sculpt, and knead achy muscles into a deeper state of relaxation. These handcrafted Synergy Stones blend soothing warmth, custom pressure, and flowing motion into an extra relaxing and therapeutic massage sensation. Different from your typical hot stone massage, the Synergy Heat Wave Stone allows you to feel the warmth of the stone on a larger surface of your body at once. I also recommend at minimum a 60-minute massage for a full-body hot stone massage, ideally 90 minutes is perfect!
Therapeutic Massage is great for those of us that have those extra tough spots that need a little extra attention and still want that all-over relaxing massage. The pressure is customized to what is most comfortable for your needs while still allowing you to have that truly relaxing experience.
Cupping therapy has been around in many forms that date back as far as 3000 B.C. Benefits of cupping therapy include: pain relief, relaxation, targeted massage treatment, increased range of motion. Some skin discoloration can happen when cupping therapy is performed and usually subsides after about a week. I recommend a minimum of 60-minute massage for a full body cupping therapy, ideally, 90 minutes would be best.
Aroma Therapy Customize your massage by adding essential oil(s). Your chosen oil will be added to the coconut oil that is used for your massage, if you wanted to do a mix and match you can choose up to two separate oils. Cost: $5
Oils to choose from: peppermint, sage, tea tree, sweet orange, geranium, lavender, spearmint, grapefruit, ylang-ylang, cardamom, bergamot, sweet marjoram, cypress, rosemary, frankincense, rosewood, patchouli, eucalyptus, lemongrass, cinnamon. Blends: doTerra’s Breathe.
Topical CBD tincture will be added to your massage medium i.e. coconut oil or massage cream. Canna Haus Farms CBD tincture is third-party tested and is grown and processed right here in WI! -$10
